TALENT MANAGEMENT FORUM

OGV are committed to working with the Energy Industry Supply Chain to provide an engagement platform that will help deliver business improvement and challenge the traditional way of working by embracing new ideas and technology.

Through hosting a series of Talent Management Forum (TMF) events, OGV hopes to provide an interactive platform that allows the Talent Management community of Aberdeen to gain insights from subject matter experts and learn how best to implement these ideas within their business to improve efficiency and performance.

The forums are designed to be interactive and address real Talent Management issues within businesses and a knowledge sharing approach will be encouraged.
