Petrasco Managing Director joins GlobalScot Network


Kevin Buchan, Managing Director of Aberdeen headquartered energy logistics provider Petrasco, has joined respected international business network, GlobalScot.

Originally from Aberdeen and with over 30 years’ experience, Kevin has spent the last 18 years in the Middle East growing Petrasco’s global operations, and hopes to help Scottish companies looking to expand. With operations in Aberdeen, Dubai and Houston Kevin is well placed to advise companies on entry into challenging markets.

Commenting on his appointment Kevin said: “I’m honoured to become a GlobalScot and join a diverse group of businesspeople with a shared goal of assisting Scotland to promote itself on the global stage. I am looking forward to sharing my experiences and providing advice to support Scottish businesses looking to grow while at the same time I look forward to seeking assistance from other GlobalScots as we expand the Petrasco brand into other key energy markets.”

Established in 1974, Petrasco is an international logistics company which specialises in serving the energy industry through air, sea and road freight services. The company has a wealth of expertise in consultancy, expediting, export packing, offshore logistics, warehousing and distribution.
