We do not have a fixed package as every person has different motivations and life needs. However, for more senior (e.g. lead or senior type roles) we are willing to offer strong incentives particularly for anyone looking for a staff role and keen to take the next stage in thier career.
Your flexible package could be a staff or contract role. You are likely to work from our office but home working could be an option and we can offer a range of incentives too. Our packages are always competitive. We're happy to discuss this early in the process to ensure we are all comfortable before moving to agreeing final contracts ensuring we are open and honest from the start.
What you’ll work on
This role is responsible for producing, reviewing, commenting on and accepting proposals, calculations, specifications and drawings while ensuring that the work is planned and executed in accordance with Katoni’s project execution plan and policies for Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental protection.
Your experience will mean you’ll work with minimal supervision but be rest assured the team is here to support you including other designers and engineers. From time to time you are likely to be part of multi-discipline work scopes and so team work will also be important.
